I am a wife and proud parent of an energetic son. I am a licensed professional counselor as well as a certified professional secondary school counselor. I am also a certified clinical trauma professional.

My passion is to help others overcome obstacles, achieve goals, reach their highest potential, and help improve overall quality of life.

I obtained a B.S. in Psychology  from University of Houston-DT and a M.A. in Counseling at Prairie View A&M University. I have worked with children ages three to eighteen for over 17 years. Those years include working at Head Start, fifteen years in the local school district, as well as nine of those years of experience in school counseling. In addition, I have several years of experience counseling families and adults.

I will strive to create a therapeutic relationship that supports individual growth. I will help you master the tools necessary to empower yourself by providing coaching, person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution focused approaches.
